Why Vuni exists
Families often hear about good local programs through scattered social posts, school notices, community groups and word of mouth. Vuni is being built to make those options easier to find and compare without replacing the relationship between a family and provider.
What “local” means here
Vuni uses real towns, postcodes, council areas, mapped venues and travel estimates. Town guides distinguish activities based in a place from activities located nearby. We do not create a local page simply by swapping a suburb name into otherwise identical text.
How the directory is checked
Research-draft listings are compiled from identified public provider or government sources and show a checking date. A listing becomes provider-confirmed only after an authorised provider submits details and Vuni approves them for publication. See the complete editorial and listing policy.
For families and providers
Browsing is free for families. Providers can claim a listing, correct practical details and choose whether to use additional paid features after approval. Families still confirm and book with the provider.

If something is wrong or has changed, email hello@vuni.com.au or use the update request on an activity page. Corrections and removal requests are reviewed before publication.
