Terms of use

Use Vuni with care.

Effective 13 August 2026

1. What Vuni provides

Vuni helps adults discover and plan children’s activities and helps providers maintain business listings. Research-draft listings may be incomplete or outdated. Always confirm suitability, supervision, safety, availability, price and booking terms directly with the provider.

2. Adult accounts and child information

Accounts are for adults. A parent or authorised carer may create a minimal child profile using a nickname and age. Do not enter a child’s full legal name, exact birth date, address, school, contact information or sensitive health information.

3. Providers

A provider representative must be authorised to submit or change business information and must keep it accurate. Vuni may review, correct, unpublish or remove content that is misleading, unsafe, unlawful, stale or inconsistent with these terms.

4. Bookings and third parties

Following a provider link does not create a booking with Vuni. Unless a Vuni checkout explicitly says otherwise, bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds and delivery of activities are between the family and provider. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse accounts, scrape the service, interfere with security, submit content you cannot lawfully provide, impersonate another person or business, or use Vuni to harm or exploit a child.

6. Availability and changes

Vuni may change, suspend or discontinue features and may correct directory information. The service is provided with reasonable care but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

7. Contact

Questions, corrections and complaints can be sent to hello@vuni.com.au. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and deletion rights.
