1. Inclusion
A listing must describe a genuine program, service, venue or organised activity relevant to children or families in the Northern Rivers. Inclusion is not an endorsement and payment does not buy a favourable editorial opinion.
2. Research drafts
Research drafts use publicly available provider, association, council or government information. Vuni records a source and checking date, uses cautious language for uncertain details and asks families to verify important information before attending.
3. Provider-confirmed listings
Provider-confirmed means an authorised representative supplied or approved the information and Vuni reviewed it for publication. It does not mean Vuni independently certifies qualifications, safety claims, accessibility, insurance or availability.
4. Local relevance
Town pages prioritise programs that name the town or have a mapped venue nearby. Straight-line distances and estimated drive times are clearly labelled. Pages without enough direct local inventory are excluded from search indexing until they become useful enough to stand alone.
5. Corrections and removals
Providers and families may submit corrections or removal requests to hello@vuni.com.au. Material changes are reviewed before publication. Archived programs are removed from public activity pages and future sitemaps.
6. Reviews, rankings and sponsored content
Vuni does not currently publish user reviews or paid rankings. If sponsored placement is introduced, it will be visibly labelled and kept separate from provider-confirmation status.
7. Update cycle
Listings show their source-check or provider-confirmation date. Seasonal guides are reviewed before promotion. Search visibility is reduced when a page lacks enough accurate, locally relevant information.
